By enrolling in driving lessons with Vikash Personal Driving Coach, students acknowledge and agree to adhere to all scheduled lesson timings, instructions, and training protocols. Compliance with the trainer’s guidance and local traffic regulations during both practical and theoretical sessions is mandatory. Non-compliance may affect the continuation of training.
Students must satisfy the legal age requirements for obtaining a driving license in their respective jurisdictions. Valid government-issued identification is required prior to enrollment. Any medical or health conditions that could impact safe driving must be disclosed to the instructor before commencing lessons. The trainer reserves the right to assess eligibility for practical training based on safety considerations.
All lesson fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment schedule. Payments may be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved online methods. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the company’s refund policy. Late cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling without prior notice may incur additional charges. The coach reserves the right to withhold services until payment obligations are fulfilled.
Students are expected to handle all training vehicles with the utmost care and responsibility. Any damage caused due to negligence or misuse will be the financial responsibility of the student. Safety protocols, including the use of seat belts and adherence to traffic laws, must be followed at all times. Unsafe behavior may result in suspension of practical training.
Vikash Personal Driving Coach is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages arising from the student’s violation of traffic rules, negligent behavior, or failure to follow instructor instructions. Students participate in driving sessions at their own risk and are advised to maintain full awareness and caution during all lessons.
All personal information provided by students, including contact details and identification documents, will be treated with strict confidentiality. Data will only be used for training, communication, and administrative purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or regulatory authorities.
These terms and conditions may be revised or updated periodically to reflect changes in policies, safety regulations, or operational procedures. Students will be notified of significant updates via email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels. Continued enrollment after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
